Russia launches massive strike on Kyiv and Ukrainian regions, 11 dead

Russia's defense ministry announced a massive strike on military-industrial facilities in Kyiv and several Ukrainian regions using high-precision weapons and drones. Targets included sites in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Kirovohrad, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, and Kharkiv. Around 70 missiles and drones targeted energy infrastructure. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy reported at least 11 deaths and said Russia aimed to cause heavy damage and send a message.
