A 45-year-old patient named Suryansu Barik died in an oxygen cylinder explosion inside a private ambulance at Udala Medical, Mayurbhanj district, Odisha. The ambulance was preparing to transport him to Bhubaneswar when the blast occurred, causing the roof to be blown 40 feet into the air. Firefighters controlled the blaze after locals evacuated the patient and nearby vehicles. The cause is under investigation.
