Wladimir Klitschko Granted Legal Authority to Protect Daughter's Inheritance

Wladimir Klitschko, ex-fiancé of actor Hayden Panettiere, was granted legal authority by a California court to protect their 11-year-old daughter Kaya's inheritance after Panettiere's accidental overdose death. Klitschko filed an urgent petition to prevent federal agents and a nonfamily member from taking Panettiere's property. He has had full custody of Kaya, who lives with him in Ukraine. The court appointed him temporary guardian of Kaya's estate.
