SportsTwo Low-Ranked Tennis Players Suspended for Clostebol Positives
Two tennis players ranked outside the top 500, Karlis Ozolins of Latvia (No. 546) and Daniil Kakhniuk of the United States (No. 1,123), were provisionally suspended after testing positive for the banned steroid clostebol. The samples were taken during an ITF World Tennis Tour event in San Jose, Costa Rica, in February. Both players have the right to appeal their suspensions.
