TG SAFE Finds Food Safety Violations, Collects 38 Samples in Telangana

Ahead of Deepavali, Telangana Standards Authority for Food and Essential Drugs (TG SAFE) inspected 53 sweet shops, bakeries, and dairy units across Telangana on October 23. They found hygiene violations such as damaged flooring, unclean washing areas, clogged drains, and food waste. TG SAFE collected 38 food samples on suspicion of adulteration from districts including Hyderabad, Siddipet, Khammam, Nizamabad, Warangal, Karimnagar, and Mahabubnagar.
