RBL Bank, HCLTech, ICICI Prudential AMC Q2 Earnings Highlights

RBL Bank reported a 37.5% year-on-year rise in net interest income to Rs 2,131 crore and a 91.8% increase in operating profit to Rs 1,396 crore for Q2. HCL Technologies saw a 3% revenue growth to Rs 35,620 crore and an 11% rise in net profit to Rs 5,132 crore quarter-on-quarter. ICICI Prudential AMC's net profit fell 7.9% to Rs 889 crore with a 3.1% decline in total income. ICICI Prudential AMC announced an interim dividend of Rs 30 per share.

Telangana Officials Arrested for Rs 20 Lakh Bribe in Land Survey

Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau arrested tahsildar B. Sudershan Reddy and mandal surveyor Batuka Srinivasulu for demanding and accepting a Rs 20 lakh bribe to conduct a land survey and issue a joint inspection report for a proposed layout in Rangareddy district.
