Pioneer Urban Launches ₹3,500 Cr Ultra-Luxury Housing in Gurugram

Pioneer Urban Land & Infrastructure Ltd launched Alura, an ultra-luxury serviced residences project in Gurugram's Sector 62. The ₹3,500 crore project spans 6.99 acres with around 250 residences, including duplexes and penthouses sized 7,000 to 15,000 sq ft. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, it features private elevators, balconies, and extensive club facilities. Completion is targeted for Q2 2031.

SC Withholds BMC Commissioner's Salary Over Encroachment Failure
