Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud party accused Arab parties of 'stealing' the election as partial results showed a deadlock. With over 85% of votes counted, Netanyahu's bloc leads with 53 seats, rival Gadi Eisenkot's bloc has 48, and Arab parties Joint List and Raam hold 19 seats. Joint List leader Yousef Jabareen offered outside support to an opposition government but refused coalition participation due to ongoing Gaza war and West Bank settlements.
