Former MLC Challenges Telangana Government's Prohibitory Land List in High Court

Former MLC Elvis Stephenson of BRS filed a writ petition in Telangana High Court challenging Government Order No. 341 issued on September 23, which placed lands of 16 BRS leaders, including K. Chandrasekhara Rao and K.T. Rama Rao, on a prohibitory list. The petitioner alleges the order targets BRS leaders selectively. The case will be heard by a single judge as directed by the Acting Chief Justice and Justice Suddala Chalapathi Rao.
