Krisumi Corp Begins Construction of Two Phases in Gurugram

Krisumi Corporation has started developing Phases 5 and 6 of Krisumi City township in Sector 36A, Gurugram, with projects named The Forest Reserve and The Forest Reserve-II. The joint venture between Japan's Sumitomo Corporation and India's Krishna Group plans to invest over ₹1,300 crore and expects revenue exceeding ₹4,000 crore. The phases include 542 units with residences sized 2,166 to 3,993 sq. ft., starting at ₹4.9 crore.
