Kite Manja Causes Multiple Fatal Throat Injuries in Karnataka

A 38-year-old woman in Hubballi died after a glass-coated kite string (manja) slit her throat on October 22, marking the third such incident in the city within a month. SC Withholds BMC Commissioner's Salary Over Encroachment Failure
