Kerala HC stays FIR, vigilance probe against Pinarayi Vijayan in CMRL case

The Kerala High Court has stayed the FIR and further investigation by the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau against former Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, his daughter Veena T, and son-in-law CPI(M) MLA PA Mohammed Riyas in the Cochin Minerals and Rutile Limited monthly payoffs case. The division bench admitted four appeals and kept the investigation in abeyance until further orders.

I-T Department Launches One-Time Amnesty for Undisclosed Foreign Assets
