Jupiter Wagons Wins 41 MW Battery Storage Project in Uttarakhand

Jupiter Wagons Ltd, through its energy arm JEM Energy, has secured a 41 MW/102.5 MWh standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) project from Uttarakhand Power Corporation Ltd. The project, worth about ₹100 crore, was won in partnership with Madhav Infra Projects Ltd under a tariff-based competitive bidding process. Jupiter Wagons also received a Letter of Award for a 50 MW/200 MWh BESS project in West Bengal.
