Judicial Officer's Minor Son Kills Man in Kochi Car Crash

In Kochi, a 19-year-old minor son of a judicial officer driving a Mercedes Benz hit and killed 55-year-old Jayabalakrishnan, who ran a wayside eatery, early Sunday at Cheranalloor. The minor was booked for rash driving and causing death by negligence and granted bail. Police may also charge the judicial officer for allowing the minor to drive. The victim leaves behind a wife and three children.
