Indian Navy Receives Two Indigenous Underwater ROVs

Kerala-based marine robotics and AI deep-tech company IROV has developed and delivered two military-grade underwater remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) to the Indian Navy. Named Trout, the first indigenous military-grade ROV is designed for underwater surveillance, reconnaissance, and other naval operations. The Indian Navy has ordered five such ROVs, with two already supplied, marking a significant step in India's advanced underwater robotic technology capabilities.
