SportsIndia, West Indies Fined for Slow Over-Rates in Third ODI
India and the West Indies were fined by the ICC for slow over-rates during the third ODI in New Chandigarh. India was fined 20% of their match fee for being four overs short, while the West Indies were fined 10% for being two overs short.
