Haryana NCR Petrol Pumps to Verify PUC Certificates from October 1

From October 1, petrol pumps in Haryana's NCR districts must verify valid Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificates before refuelling vehicles. Vehicles without a valid PUC will be denied fuel as part of the Centre's air pollution control measures. The Haryana transport department directed petrol, diesel, and CNG stations to comply, using ANPR cameras to match vehicle registration with the online PUC database once fully operational.
