The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) has implemented Stage I measures of the Graded Response Action Plan (Grap-1) in Delhi-NCR to combat rising air pollution. The move follows Delhi's air quality index entering the 'poor' category with an AQI of 201-300. Agencies will monitor and enforce these measures to prevent further deterioration. Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 18°C, below seasonal average, with AQI at 233 on Wednesday morning.
