General Medicine Tops NEET-PG 2026 Choices, Radiology Second

In NEET-PG 2026 Round 1 counselling, MD General Medicine was the most preferred course among the top 250 rankers, with 121 allotments (48.4%). MD Radio-Diagnosis/Radiology followed with 73 allotments (29.2%). Together, these two courses accounted for over three-fourths of the top 250 allotments. MD Dermatology ranked third with 22 allotments (8.8%). Among the top 100, General Medicine had 51 allotments, Radiology 31, and Dermatology six. Other specialties had fewer allotments.
