Cyclone Arnab, which hit the Andhra Pradesh coast on Wednesday morning, caused no human casualties but significantly damaged crops, properties, and infrastructure. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu reported damage to agricultural and horticultural crops over 70,900 hectares, with 10,450 hectares inundated. Around 180 houses and road infrastructure in Konaseema district were damaged. Naidu requested continued central support for relief efforts.
