Delhi Enforces New GRAP Vehicle Restrictions from November 1

Starting November 1, 2026, Delhi Traffic Police will enforce revised vehicle entry restrictions under the updated Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) to combat pollution. The rules, issued by Delhi's Environment Department and CAQM, allow only BS-VI-compliant, CNG, electric, and exempted vehicles to enter Delhi. GRAP activates emergency pollution control measures based on air quality forecasts and pollution levels.
