Cyclone Likely to Hit Andhra Coast on November 3: IMD

A depression over the Bay of Bengal is expected to intensify into a severe cyclonic storm and make landfall on the Andhra Pradesh coast between Nellore and Narsapur on the morning of November 3, according to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD). The storm may bring wind speeds of 100-110 kmph. This follows the recent severe cyclonic storm Arnab that hit Andhra Pradesh and Odisha on October 28.
