Central Bank of India Q2: Deposits Up 14%, Advances Grow Nearly 30%

Central Bank of India reported a 20.55% year-on-year increase in total business to Rs 8,89,621 crore in Q2 fiscal 2027. Total deposits rose 14.43% to Rs 5,08,586 crore, while gross advances surged 29.83% to Rs 3,81,035 crore. CASA deposits grew 9.21% to Rs 2,26,747 crore but their share in total deposits fell to 44.70%. Overseas advances stood at Rs 8,093 crore. Figures are provisional and subject to audit.
