Bengaluru Traffic Police Reroutes Fuel Tankers to STRR to Reduce Congestion

The Bengaluru Traffic Police has instructed oil companies and fuel tanker owners not supplying city petrol pumps to use the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) and other outer roads instead of passing through Bengaluru. This aims to ease traffic congestion and improve safety. About 1,200 tankers pass daily from Hoskote's Devanagundi depot, but only 150-200 supply Bengaluru, with the rest just passing through.

SC Withholds BMC Commissioner's Salary Over Encroachment Failure
