BDA Extends Karanth Layout Site Application Deadline to October 31, 2026

The Bengaluru Development Authority (BDA) has extended the application deadline for sites in Dr Shivaram Karanth Layout by 15 days to October 31, 2026, noon. The extension follows requests from applicants. BDA offers 2,815 sites at Rs 6,000 per sq ft, with plot sizes from 9x12 to 15x24 metres. Prices range from Rs 69.75 lakh to Rs 2.32 crore. Initial deposits vary from Rs 8.7 lakh to Rs 29 lakh plus registration fees.

Nine More Taluks Declared Drought-Hit in Karnataka, Total 226
