AAIB Finds Garg Aviation Violated Flight Data Monitoring Norms

The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) reported that Garg Aviation did not comply with flight data monitoring norms in the August 27 Kanpur training aircraft crash. The AAIB noted the flying training organisation lacked standard procedures for monitoring and recommended the DGCA enforce strict adherence to these norms across all flying training organisations, including Garg Aviation, per Flying Training Circular 01 of 2022.
