Jhansi University Suspends Guard for Assaulting Law Student

At Bundelkhand University in Jhansi, a security guard was suspended after assaulting a law student during an exam. Students protested by locking the main gate and clashing with police. The administration suspended guard Amit following pressure from student groups and ongoing demands for further action and public apology. Students threatened a hunger strike if demands are unmet within seven days.
