Jaipur Engineers Name Indigenous UGV 'Krishna' Used by Indian Army
Robotics engineers Bhuvanesh and Dr. Neelima Mishra from Jaipur named their indigenous unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) 'Krishna' after their mother and mother-in-law. The UGV is actively used by the Indian Army for firefighting, industrial disaster response, and high-risk missions. Their company also developed 'Bhuveeraksha,' another advanced robotic system named after their daughter. The technology was praised by PM Modi and showcased to the UN commission, marking a milestone in India's defense self-reliance.
