Zomato Parent Eternal Swaps Adonmo Stake for ₹156 Crore Mygate Shares

Eternal, Zomato's parent company, approved selling its entire stake in digital advertising platform Adonmo to Vivish Technologies, which runs Mygate, in exchange for Mygate shares valued at around ₹156 crore. This involves a share swap as part of a proposed Adonmo-Mygate merger. Eternal will hold about 4.4% in the merged entity. Eternal also approved transferring its going-out India business to its subsidiary ZEPL for ₹130.76 crore.
