YES Bank's CFO Niranjan Banodkar stated the bank does not need to raise capital immediately even if its CET1 ratio falls to about 11.4% after reinstating ₹8,415 crore of written-down AT1 bonds. The Supreme Court upheld the Bombay High Court's decision to set aside the March 2020 write-down. As of 30 September 2026, the CET1 ratio was 13.7%, with the overall capital adequacy ratio at 14.5%.
