Woman Raped at Bihar Hotel; Accused Arrested Fleeing to Nepal

A woman linked to a self-help group in Begusarai, Bihar, was allegedly raped at knifepoint in a hotel on September 27. The accused, Vikram Kumar Sahni, and his relative Rohit Kumar, who assaulted and recorded the victim, were involved. Police arrested Rohit Kumar while he tried to flee to Nepal. The victim escaped and filed a complaint. CCTV footage shows the woman entering the hotel alone.
