HealthWHO Approves India's Cervavac Vaccine for Cervical Cancer
The World Health Organization (WHO) has granted pre-qualification approval to Cervavac, a cervical cancer vaccine developed by Indian company Serum Institute. This vaccine is effective against four strains of the HPV virus that cause cervical cancer. With this approval, Cervavac will now be available in other countries worldwide.
