White House Orders Limits on Starshield System for Ukraine

The White House has ordered a slowdown of the SpaceX Starshield satellite system used by Ukraine for battlefield communications and drone operations, according to US and Western officials. The Pentagon, the largest Starshield customer, received the directive. Ukrainian military-grade Starlink receptors had issues functioning on fast-moving objects but now work up to speeds of 100 mph (160 kph).
