WhatsApp to Charge Businesses for Some Customer Service Messages from October 1

Businesses will receive a limited number of free messages monthly, after which charges apply per message. Businesses had to add payment details by September 30 to avoid service disruptions. Charges apply to non-template service messages sent by human agents.
