Uttarakhand Police have launched an investigation after the Karni Sena filed a complaint against social media influencer Neetu Bisht. Two Arrested for ₹1.7 Crore Fake Jewellery Fraud in Vellore

Two jewellery appraisers at a nationalised bank in Kavanur village, Vellore, were arrested for misappropriating ₹1.7 crore by pledging 1,080 grams of fake gold sovereigns. B. Parthiban and G. Srinivasan created 16 fake customer accounts to carry out the fraud over several years, evading suspicion by pledging small amounts repeatedly. The scam was uncovered during a surprise bank inspection.

VIT to Install 65 LED Streetlights on Sathuvachari-VIT Road in Vellore
