The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has raised several immigration fees effective October 16, 2026. Fees for asylum applications, employment authorization, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and immigration parole benefits have increased due to inflation adjustments under the H.R. 1 law. For example, the asylum application fee rose from $102 to $105, and the immigration parole fee increased from $1,020 to $1,050. Applications with incorrect fees may be rejected.
