UPSC Aspirant Arrested in Kanpur for Fake Pakistan Bomb Threat Call

Suraj Verma, a 23-year-old UPSC aspirant from Auraiya, Uttar Pradesh, was arrested for making a fake bomb threat call to his former roommate in Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi. He falsely claimed a Pakistan-based terror group planned blasts in the capital. Police used technical surveillance and coordination with UP Police to solve the case within 48 hours. The call was made from a Kanpur relative's landline with voice modulation.
