UP Government Raises Employees' DA to 63% Effective July 2026

The Uttar Pradesh government has increased the Dearness Allowance (DA) for state government employees to 63 percent, effective from July 1, 2026. The revised DA will be paid with the November salary before Diwali. Arrears from July to October 2026 will be credited to employees' provident fund accounts, with specific provisions for those under the National Pension System. This applies to government employees, aided educational institutions, technical institutions, and urban local bodies in UP.
