UP Expressways Speed Limit Reduced for Winter Season

The Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPIDA) has reduced the maximum speed limit on major expressways including Lucknow-Agra, Purvanchal, Bundelkhand, Gorakhpur Link, and Ganga Expressway. Effective from November 1 to February 15, the speed limits will differ for day and night to enhance safety during foggy and cold winter conditions. This decision aims to prevent accidents caused by low visibility.
