UP Expressway to Connect 19 Districts in 7.5 Hours, Easing Bihar Travel

The Uttar Pradesh government and National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) have started construction of the state's longest expressway. Land acquisition is underway, and contractors have been invited for different packages. 187 MPs and MLAs Declare Cases Against Women, BJP Tops List

A report by ADR and NEW reveals that 187 current MPs and MLAs have declared cases related to crimes against women in their election affidavits. This includes 19 MPs and 168 MLAs. BJP leads with 106 representatives, followed by Congress with 20 and TDP with 18. Fourteen have declared rape-related cases, including 2 MPs and 12 MLAs, with BJP and Congress each having four such representatives.
