WorldUNESCO Team Visits Hampi to Review Heritage Site Concerns
A UNESCO team is visiting Hampi, Anegundi, and Anjanadri from October 22 to 29 to assess heritage site issues. Key concerns include restricting large vehicle movement near Krishna temple's welcome arch to prevent damage and considering battery vehicles on Vijaya-Vithala temple road. The team will also review complaints about a proposed ropeway at Anjanadri hills, aiming to protect these world heritage sites.
