Ukraine Urges Evacuation from Starving Russia-Held Oleshky
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha described the Russian-occupied town of Oleshky in Kherson as a "death trap" suffering from starvation and lack of medicine. He urged international organizations to help evacuate residents. Sybiha reported hospitals out of medicine, bodies unburied, and families surviving on garden scraps. Russia acknowledged supply issues but claimed efforts to resolve them.
