Two Former FBI Officials Charged with Lying to Congress in Hunter Biden Laptop Probe
Two former FBI officials, Nikki Floris and Bradley Benavides, were charged with lying to Congress about their roles in the investigation of Hunter Biden's laptop before the November 3 midterm elections. Both surrendered and appeared in federal court in Washington. The officials led a task force against foreign election interference, now disbanded. The case is rare and comes amid FBI Director Kash Patel's review of past FBI actions.
