South Delhi cyber police arrested two men from Jammu and Kashmir and Rajasthan for duping a businessman through digital arrest fraud. The accused posed as law enforcement officials via WhatsApp video call, threatening the victim to transfer ₹6 lakh. The money was traced through bank accounts in Bhilwara and Kathua. Both accused were arrested following a financial and technical investigation.
