Senior IAS officer Tukaram Mundhe was appointed Secretary of a five-member inquiry panel investigating allegations of paper leaks and administrative irregularities in the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC). The panel, chaired by retired Bombay High Court judge Dilip Bhosale, was formed after protests over the Drug Inspector recruitment exam leak in March 2026, which led to the exam's cancellation and administrative actions against MPSC officials.
