Three-layer security deployed for Modi at Delhi Dussehra event

A three-layer security cordon will be established at Utsav Ground, IP Extension, East Delhi, for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's expected attendance at the Dussehra celebrations and Ravana Dahan ceremony on Tuesday evening. About 2,500 personnel from central paramilitary forces, Delhi Police including SWAT commandos, and Special Protection Group will secure the venue. Traffic diversions are planned, with nearly 10,000 attendees expected.
