Three Killed in Fresh Violence in Manipur's Kamjong and Ukhrul

Three people were killed in fresh clashes between armed groups in Manipur's Kamjong and Ukhrul districts. A 22-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman were shot dead in Kuki-dominated Chassad village, Kamjong district, triggering further violence and torching of 10 houses. In Ukhrul, a 40-year-old man, Sandeep Rai, was also shot dead by suspected militants. Authorities imposed prohibitory orders to prevent further violence.
