Three coaches of a goods train carrying newly-manufactured cars derailed near Rampura Phul railway station in Bathinda, Punjab, disrupting rail traffic. The train was traveling from Bathinda to Ambala. No casualties were reported. Officials suspect a technical fault, possibly with the wheels. Restoration and safety checks delayed train operations until normal service resumed. A technical investigation is underway.
