Texas Offers Up to $7,000 to Remove Invasive Plants
Texas A&M Forest Service has launched the Texas Invasive Plant Solutions (TIPS) Cost-Share Program to combat invasive plants harming forest ecosystems. The program reimburses landowners 75% of eligible costs for treating or removing invasive plants, up to $7,000 per landowner. These plants compete with native vegetation, alter ecosystems, and reduce forest productivity across Texas.
