Telangana Launches Unified Village Development Planning Framework

The Telangana government has introduced the Telangana Gram Panchayat Samagra Abhivruddhi Pranalika (GPSAP) Rules, 2026, mandating all gram panchayats to prepare integrated development plans. These plans will cover infrastructure, employment, housing, livelihoods, and welfare programs, aiming to unify departmental schemes, enhance accountability, and enable systematic monitoring of grassroots development activities. Each gram panchayat must create a 3-5 year perspective plan and an annual action plan.

ISRO Plans Five Major Missions Including Gaganyaan Unmanned Flight

ISRO strengthened India's NavIC system by successfully launching the NVS-03 navigation satellite, bringing the total to four satellites in orbit. Two more satellites are being prepared, and one is awaiting approval to reach the required seven for better navigation services. ISRO plans at least five launches this fiscal year, including the first unmanned mission of Gaganyaan, with three unmanned missions planned before sending humans to space. ISRO flew NVS-03 satellite with pyro valves open to ensure mission success

ISRO chief V Narayanan stated that to overcome technical issues and ensure mission reliability, the NVS-03 satellite was operated with three pyro valves open. This decision followed rigorous vibration and shock tests by a national committee led by former ISRO chief Kiran Kumar. Man Escapes Police Custody Before Coimbatore Central Prison Admission
